I primarily use Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop CC, I do however also use Paint Tool SAI from time to time. I also use 3D assets within my work such as; DesignDoll, Clip's 3D Assets to name a few. I do however hope to learn Blender in the future. For my equipment, I use a Huion GT-191 screen tablet as-well as a Samsung Galaxy S7+ to use remotely.

Yes, I currently use Picarto.tv streaming service as my main area of activity. I usually don't do in-stream commissions as I focus more on larger commissions / paintings, I may decide to do sketches in the future.

I normally draw around 4000x4000px / 300dpi as a starting base, then I would crop / adjust based on what I feel works for the overall layout / composition. However for my reference sheets / character concepts, these are generally larger files / dimensions due to the detail required to be viewed universally.

• The Client agrees that they have read and will agree to the Terms of Service / Acknowledge that they are receiving Digital goods and not physically, e.g.; nothing will be shipped to their address, only through Email or Social Media Platforms provided.

• You will receive this “Terms of Service” on the PayPal Invoice provided to you. When invoices are accepted, they agree to these terms of service and the Artist "ruolina" will not be held liable for any false information provided.

• I the artist known as “Ruolina” have the right to refuse any commission for any reason / any negative behaviour.

• I have dyslexia & dyspraxia; which affects my reading abilities / physical capabilities. This could mean that I misunderstand information or things may take longer than expected. Please be patient with me, thank you.

• The client must be of 18+ years of age, no exceptions.

• All conversations are recorded through screenshots and archived emails to prevent against fraudulent behaviour.

• I accept specific direction as-well as creative liberty, so you’re welcome to choose what you like / best suits you.

• Private commissions will be subject to an extra fee of $100 due to the loss of promotional ability / showcasing.

• I do not produce NFTs, any artwork sold through this way is stolen.

• With the introduction of AI Art (Artificial Intelligence); I am no longer offering sketches as standalone pieces. I also do not consent to my artwork being used for re-creation purposes.

• All payments are to be made through invoicing. Any other payments outside of invoices will be considered as tip/will not be refunded.

• All transactions are done through PayPal via ruolina@hotmail.com

• Prices are in USD; (CAD/GBP is also accepted)

• No work will be started until funds have been received.

• Payments plans are accepted for anything over $300, anything else and it will be full payment required.

• Payment is expected within 48hrs; unless otherwise discussed.

• Refunds are acceptable; however it may take up to a week to fully process via PayPal. As all funds received are removed from PayPal for security reasons.

• Full Refunds are available if work hasn't begun; partial refunds depend on how much work has been completed on your piece. Once work has been completed refunds are not allowed.

• Chargeback’s are NOT necessary as I always provide ample amounts of communication throughout and work with you closely. If a chargeback is made then I will not hesitate to seize all communication/block/blacklist from future commissions and place on artists beware website.

• Clients will always receive “WIP” (Work-in-Progress) sketches/images through messaging platforms provided; i.e. email, discord or telegram.

• Clients are welcome to ask for WIP at anytime, although this would be provided regardless. (Please have patience, however.)

• Clients will receive a high resolution & low resolution “PNG” image, these will contain a watermark. Pixel dimensions vary based on commission option chosen.

• High resolution images will always be 300dpi+ for maximum quality.

• Commission work will generally be saved/backed up, however; it is not a guarantee that it will be kept. It is the client’s responsibility to save any images given.

• I usually work on various art pieces at the same timeframe; please be patient and check out the trello queue for more information on my workload. This trello queue will always be updated to show my current status on commissions, these will be located within the description of your spot in the queue.

• If you require a specific deadline, you need to inform me before anything is made. Depending on the timeframe given, depends on whether an extra fee is required.

• Timeframes of Commission completion fluctuate depending on the art style/option selected. Generally it can take anytime between one week and one month. However; due to the services there can be no exact timeframe of when work will be completed; but there can be estimates which I will happily provide.

• For painting illustrations changes can be made during the sketch phase; after the sketch phase/colour edits with the approval of the client there will be no changes unless I have allowed it.

• For reference sheets/character designs; you’re allowed many changes during the sketch phase. However, once the sketch is approved / then lined; you will be limited in the amount of changes you can make. Any more after 3 changes will incur a $20 fee for each extra change.

• However, if I make a mistake / missed information then I will happily make the edit required.

• It is the Client’s responsibility to provide full details and correct information. I will not be held responsible for the Client’s mistake.

• The Client may not re-sale any commission/product or claims the commission as their own work.

• The Client is allowed to use their commission for personal use; i.e. Prints, posters.

• The Client can re-post/upload their commission anywhere. However, credit must be given.

• I have the full usage rights to all my work, this means any commission can be used in/on my website, portfolio etc.

• I have the right to distribute commissioned work online and use for anything related to personal promotion or sale.

• If the Client wants to own the right to an image, where I will give up my rights to the artwork, a commercial fee will occur.

• Please upload the low resolution online only, as high resolution versions are for personal use.
